Story: Tandoori Chicken Meatballs

Alex shares her mouthwatering Tandoori Chicken Meatball share platter!
Ingredients
- 1 handful of coriander
- 1 chilli
- 500g chicken mince
- 2 – 3 tablespoons of tandoori Paste
- 1-2 pinches of sugar (for meatballs)
- 1-2 pinches of salt (for meatballs)
- 250g of Greek yogurt
- Half a lemon
- 1 pinch of ground cumin
- 1 pinch of sugar (for dip)
- 1 pinch of salt (for dip)
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 handful of Mint
Method:
- Roughly chop Coriander, chilli.
- Combined with chicken mince, Tandoori Paste, chilli, coriander, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Roll meatballs into balls in the palm of your hand.
- Place meatballs in a pan on a medium heat.
- Leave them alone until they are ready to flip.
- Once flipped and cooked through serve the meatballs up in a ramekin
- Cut the cucumber in half and remove the seeds, then thinly dice half of the cucumber
- Combined Greek yogurt, lemon, cumin, sugar, salt, cucumber and mint in a small bowl. And your dip is ready!
