Alex shares her mouthwatering Tandoori Chicken Meatball share platter!


Ingredients

  • 1 handful of coriander
  • 1 chilli
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons of tandoori Paste
  • 1-2 pinches of sugar (for meatballs)
  • 1-2 pinches of salt (for meatballs)
  • 250g of Greek yogurt
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 pinch of ground cumin
  • 1 pinch of sugar (for dip)
  • 1 pinch of salt (for dip)
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 handful of Mint

Method:

  • Roughly chop Coriander, chilli.
  • Combined with chicken mince, Tandoori Paste, chilli, coriander, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  • Roll meatballs into balls in the palm of your hand.
  • Place meatballs in a pan on a medium heat.
  • Leave them alone until they are ready to flip.
  • Once flipped and cooked through serve the meatballs up in a ramekin
  • Cut the cucumber in half and remove the seeds, then thinly dice half of the cucumber
  • Combined Greek yogurt, lemon, cumin, sugar, salt, cucumber and mint in a small bowl. And your dip is ready!
