- For this smoothie, Rick incorporates specific ingredients to encourage Weight Management and energy boosting. Mangos and Bananas are a good source of Vitamin C, which is not only beneficial for immune health but also helps with collagen production.
- The star of the dish is the Kakadu Plum Powder - A native Aussie superfood, Kakadu plum is another vitamin C powerhouse – you can get this at health food stores and some supermarkets throughout the country.

Weight Management Energy Boosting Smoothie
Ingredients
- Half a cup of frozen or fresh mango
- 250ml of coconut milk or other plant-based milk option
- 1 generous tablespoon or 2 teaspoons of coconut yoghurt
- 1 serve of plant-based protein - see label to check serving size
- 1 tsp Kakadu Plum powder - see label to check serving size
- 1 tsp of MCT oil - see label to check serving size
- ½ - 1tsp Lions Mane powder - see label to check serving size
- ½ - 1tsp Reishi Mushroom - see label to check serving size
Method
- Blend ingredients together and serve.
