Sauteed beef, cauliflower mash, and zucchini
Ingredients
- Grassfed beef (gravy beef or chuck can be used)
- Frozen cauliflower
- Mushroom
- Eggplant
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Butter
- Dashi power
- Roasted zucchini
Method
- Cut the beef into smaller pieces
- Add in sliced mushroom and / or sliced eggplant and sautee it down with garlic and a tiny bit of soy sauce for seasoning, then set aside
- Add in cauliflower
- Once blanched, add in butter and a tiny bit of dashi powder for an extra umami flavour. (Use sparingly as it is a strong flavour)
- Add in roast zucchini, store and enjoy later (or now!)
