The hunt is on once again to uncover WA’s signature dish, so what better way to find out what it takes to win this statewide competition than to catch up with last year’s winner?

• Rhiannon Birch was 2014’s winner with her Lupin crusted Dorper lamb cutlets with a Moroccan sweet potato salad, with all of her ingredients made within the Perth region.
• Winning the competition have resulted in significant promotional impact upon local producers like Lupin Foods, who have had huge increases in online sales since the 2014 competition.
• The competition runs from 10th of August and closes up on 21st of September, with the winner being crowned in late November. Whether you are an amateur home cook or passionate foodie, you can enter to see if you have what it takes to produce WA’s signature dish.
